Job Description

Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients, and industry trends.
Develop creative strategies to retain the clients, including interviewing them to incorporate their feedback into the growth plan.
Prepare marketing budget and track the expenses against the budget.
Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, RFPs, prospects, and presentations.
Develop strong customer relationships to generate a high volume of prospective clients (Clinics, Hospitals, Doctors, Diagnostic Centre, and other medical centers).
Train and guide the marketing and business development associates.
Communicate with the marketing team on promotions and campaigns old and new, products and services.
Participate in industry forums, client discussions, and conferences as a representative of the organization.
Determine cross-selling opportunities among different organizations.
Set revenue targets for every three months and make plans to achieve them.
Preparing and managing marketing plans and budgets, producing reports to monitor results, and presenting findings and suggestions.
Marketing from both Digital and non-digital channels.
Drive engagement and new customer acquisition via social media marketing and mustering an inorganic rise in following and brand engagement rates.
