Advanced College of Engineering and Management(acem) is looking for Dynamic and experience Academic Librarian to take a role of a Chief Librarian of Upcoming New and State of art Academic Library setup in its new building in Balkhu, Kathmandu.  

Duties typically include:

• Selecting, developing, cataloguing and classifying library resources
• Using library systems and specialist computer applications
• Liaising with departmental academic staff, Research and Innovation unit, external organisations and suppliers
• Ensuring that library services meet the needs of particular groups of users (eg Faculties, Researchers, students)
• Supporting independent research and learning
• Assisting readers to use computer equipment, conduct literature searches etc
• Automation of library activities
• E-library organisation, management and operation
