- Oversee cost management initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
3. Financial Reporting & Compliances- Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory requirements.
4. Risk Management & Internal Controls- Identify and manage financial risks, including credit, operational, and market risks.
- Develop and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
- Maintain a sound framework for financial governance and decision-making.
5. Capital Management- Manage the organization's capital structure and optimize funding strategies.
- Oversee investment decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
- Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
6. Team Leadership- Build and lead a high-performing finance team of at least 10 person, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
- Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
