Job Description

1. Strategic Financial Leadership

  • Develop and implement the organization’s financial strategy to support growth and profitability.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to the executive team based on financial analysis and projections.
  • Monitor industry trends and economic changes to adjust financial strategies accordingly.

2. Financial Planning & Analysis

  • Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
  • Analyze financial performance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Oversee cost management initiatives to improve profitability and efficiency.
3. Financial Reporting & Compliances

  • Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with tax laws and other statutory requirements.
4. Risk Management & Internal Controls

  • Identify and manage financial risks, including credit, operational, and market risks.
  • Develop and enforce robust internal controls to safeguard company assets.
  • Maintain a sound framework for financial governance and decision-making.
5. Capital Management

  • Manage the organization's capital structure and optimize funding strategies.
  • Oversee investment decisions, including mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
6. Team Leadership

  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team of at least 10 person, providing mentorship and development opportunities.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
