Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to support the company’s objectives.
Oversee financial forecasting and budgeting processes.
Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Manage financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversee the preparation of financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Conduct financial risk management, including assessments and mitigation strategies.
Implement efficient financial practices and procedures to optimize resource utilization.
Supervise the finance department, providing leadership, direction, and support to the team.
Ensure effective management of working capital and cash flow.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Liaise with external auditors and manage internal audit processes.
Monitor and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Oversee investment activities and manage company assets.
Identify and evaluate potential investment opportunities to enhance company growth.
Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial institutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
Support the CEO and other executives in decision-making processes.
Participate in strategic initiatives and business development activities.

Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
Minimum 10 years in a senior financial managerial position, with a strong preference for experience in the manufacturing sector.
Advanced knowledge of financial and accounting principles.
Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
