Vacancy Announcement: Finance Controller

An Organization working in Education and Health Sector is seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual for the position of Finance Controller.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the financial management of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal financial policies.
• Manage audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts, and other financial transactions.
• Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to management.
• Implement and maintain internal control systems.
• Supervise and manage the finance team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Support financial planning, performance evaluation, and capital expenditure decisions.

Required Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) from ICAI or ICAN.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience (Preferably in Nepal).

Job Location: Out of Valley

Salary: Negotiable
