Job Description

Provide strategic financial guidance to the Managing Director and senior leadership team to support decision-making and drive the company's growth.
Develop and manage the company's financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Present comprehensive financial reports and profit analyses to top management to inform strategic initiatives.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing finance team.
Oversee all accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions, ensuring effective financial operations and compliance.
Authorize and supervise the maintenance of accurate books of accounts, ensuring compliance with all financial regulations.
Manage VAT reconciliation with customs and VAT, and handle VAT Return & E-TDS Return Filing processes.
Oversee the documentation and renewal of bonded warehouse licenses and EXIM policies.
Manage the issuance, amendment, and release of bank guarantees, ensuring timely and accurate correspondence.
Authorize the creation and management of financial data in Swastik Software.
Oversee the reconciliation of purchase and production reports, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Finalize contractual salaries based on production reports, ensuring fair and accurate compensation.
Ensure the timely payment of statutory dues and the filing of all required statutory returns.
