Established to promote ethical, safe, and systematic foreign employment practices, NAFEA plays a vital role in policy advocacy, coordination with stakeholders, and safeguarding the interests of both recruitment agencies and migrant workers.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic, visionary, and result-oriented Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization. The CEO will be responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and administrative management of NAFEA. This role demands a leader who can represent the organization nationally and internationally, drive policy advocacy, strengthen partnerships, and promote ethical recruitment standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the implementation of NAFEA’s strategic vision and organizational goals.
Liaise with government bodies, diplomatic missions, international organizations, and other stakeholders.
Ensure regulatory compliance and promote ethical recruitment practices.
Oversee organizational operations, budgeting, HR, and internal governance.
Represent NAFEA in policy dialogues, national/international forums, and media.
Strengthen the capacity of member agencies through training, workshops, and advocacy.
