We are seeking a dynamic, result-driven leader to join our team as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The ideal candidate will be a visionary strategist with strong leadership, financial acumen, and business development skills to drive growth and success across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
Task 1: Operations with
profitability planning and fetching targeted results
- Annual profitability planning (targets setting)
with quarterly breakdowns at FY beginning of all companies in the group
- Monthly profitability tracking, deviation
analysis and catch-up work plan to meet or exceed the set targets
- Prepare the SMART action plans to keep the
company's growth multiplying
Task 2: Managing performances
of management team
- Develop companies lean and mean ideal team
structure to achieve or exceed targets
- Develop and execute all staff's performance management
system
- Operationalize companies policies and procedures
for the result-driven tasks
Task 3: Liaison, coordination
and representation of the company
- Seek, approach, evaluate and execute the viable,
highly profitable projects
- Liaise,
coordinate and represent companies with government agencies, regulatory
bodies, authorities, industries peers & other stakeholders to remain
complaint and promote companies goodwill
- Manages a standard protocol for
sharing the progress of the company among the BoD and shareholders
- Prepare to take the companies in Initial Public
Offerings
Task 4: Budgetary control and
fetching efficiency
- Develop budgetary cost control framework and
closely monitor to avoid cost overruns or to make processes more efficient,
productive, result fetching but more cost effective.
- Held accountable for any sort of financial
manipulations or misappropriations or frauds
- Apply management, financial or project execution
tools to make the actions SMART, viable, less time consuming and more productive.
Task 5: Resource gearing for
better profitability and growth
- Identify less profitable activities or projects
and cut them down and vice versa
- Explores lucrative business ventures, takes in-depth analysis and
presents the BoD
- Seeks expert/consultant advice
for prospective businesses wherever necessary
- De-invest from the less profitable activities /
projects and increase invest in most profitable activities / projects
- Develop, analyze, execute, monitor and revised
application of the resource gearing plan
- Prepare a debt utilization plan and fetch out
maximum positive growth through the capital gearing actions
- Plan for capital grow according to the
ultra-long term implications analysis
Task 6: Execute policy or
strategic decisions actions under the guidance of company's BoD.
- Enacts strategic decisions of the BOD with
activities planning, implementation and monitoring
- Feeds the board of directors of the bottlenecks
seeking resolutions for the benefit of the company.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education
and Experience: S/he must have
Master's Degree in management from recognized university or qualified
Chartered Accountant degree along with at least 10 years of experience in
CEO or senior management executive position.
- Other
requirements: No
affiliation with any political parties; Knowledge in hydropower and
hospitality sector is plus point; Recognition for high professional
value and integrity; A good track record of past performance in leadership
role; result oriented and a good team player.
- Declaration: If the candidate has close
relatives in Lakshya Holdings and its subsidiaries Board of Directors or
employees, s/he must declare it precisely. Any undue pressure during the
selection process will put the candidate by default in the unqualified
category for selection.
