MBA from recognized university with mechanical engineering shall be an added advantage
At least 6-8 years of experience at managerial level in a MNC's/reputed company
Good knowledge of operation, administrative management with updated knowledge of Nepalese economic environment
Fluent knowledge in English and Nepali Language
Good knowledge of presentation, communication, leadership and other managerial skills
Young energetic and pleasant personality
Familiar with Microsoft Office Packages
Age 30-45 years

Creating, communicating and implementing the organization's vision, mission and overall strategy
Analysis of Financial Performance and Related Business Parameters, Forecasts & Budgets Reviews
Responsible for ensuring compliance across all regulatory requirements, as laid down by the Government of Nepal, across various aspects of the Govt Approval’s, Clearances/NOC’s, taxation, trade mark regulations, labor laws and other statutory standards
Developing & implementing strategies for successful accomplishment of the business targets by ensuring that customers- needs are met whilst maximizing the profits of the company
Monitoring and analyzing market trends
Maintain sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitor's policies
Implement a refreshed Quality Management System for the entire company
