You will be managing two teams in two different factories, where you will manage of the day-to-day-business. Besides taking care of the sales and finances, you report to key stakeholders and the board. Last but not least you promote our product and find ways to implement the vision and purpose of Sparśa .  

Your Profile:

• You are (or identify as) female, live close to Butwal (or are ready to move there) and have a 
• Must have background in business where you had the chance to master your analytical, financial and critical thinking skills. 
• Must be fluent in writing and speaking the English and Nepali language and have basic computer skills (MS Office). 
• Teamwork, organisation and clear communication skills
