Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Providing overall leadership in developing Company’s strategic direction and strategic plans (short, medium and long term) to realize the corporate objectives
Managing the overall operation of the Company to ensure strategic and business plans are effectively implemented within the authority limitations delegated by the Board, the results are monitored and reported to the Board, and financial and operational objectives are attained
Ensure effective communications and appropriate relationships are maintained with the stakeholders of the Company (i,e, Promoters, Shareholders, Board of Directors, Employees, SEBON, Ministry of Finance, Other Ministries and regulators, Auditors, BFIs and the communities in which the Company and its subsidiaries operates
Managing the business to create sustainable long-term shareholder value; and ensuring the identification and communication to the Board of all material risks along with mitigation plans and procedures
Investment deal screening and presentation to the Investment Committee and the Board for approval.
Research and identification of investable projects/deals, preparation of business plan, financial projection and feasibility study report
Develop annual capital commitment and expenditure budgets, annual operating forecasts of revenue, expenditures, operational results and financial performance
Effective Fund Management of the Company
Preparation of proposals and corresponding documents for submission to Ministries, Regulators, external investors, etc.
Periodic visit and provide strategic directions to the subsidiaries and associate companies
Ensure the Board meetings, Annual General Meeting (AGM), Investors Meet, etc. are timely and periodically completed
Other tasks as assigned by the Board of Directors from time to time

Salary & Benefits

The monthly CTC shall be approx. 2,00,000 per month

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 10 years

Other Specification

At least Masters Degree or equivalent
At least 10 years of relevant experience
Prior experience as Senior Executive of Investment Company/Public Limited Company/Public Private Partnership Projects/Investment Board/Infrastructure projects/Financial Sector, etc. is preferred.
Age shall not be below 35 and above 50.
Prior experience of closely working with Ministries and regulators is preferred.
Knowledge of Government regulations related to Investment, Public Private Partnership, FDI, etc.

Note : (Professional qualifications such as CA, CFA, LLB, Engineering, etc. shall be an added advantage but not mandatory)
