Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Overall management of Secretariat office, TIMS Department and TIMS Check post
Drafting Reports and Proposal
Design and implementation of Schedule and Non-Schedule Programs
Exploring international travel and trade fare and helps to prepare all kinds of logistic support to the member agents
Implementing and Conveying Executive Committee decisions
Advocacy and Representation of the organization
Establishing Conducive Environment in work place

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 5 years

Other Specification

Master's Degree in Management / Tourism Management
Must have 5 years of experience in related jobs or 3 years of experience in degree of tourism
Must have good communication skills in English and Nepali
Proven record previously in initiating tourism idea/ Programs successfully
Knowledge about the nation and international tourism
Capacity to work on stress and handle all the responsibility independently
