What makes us different is that we have a specified chef with numerous years of experience for each cuisine making sure that each plate we serve upholds the highest standard that we focus on. Express eats do not only focus on food, but also realizes the responsibility it has for the environment.

Report: Board of Directors/Founders

Background:

A multi-brand cloud kitchen company established in 2021, operating from three key locations in Kathmandu with seven diverse in-house brands. It is redefining the food delivery landscape by combining culinary variety, operational efficiency, and sustainable practices. We are seeking a visionary CEO to drive strategic expansion, brand growth, and operational excellence across Nepal.

Objective of the Position:

To lead the company with strategic vision and operational excellence, expanding its multi-brand footprint, enhancing customer experience, and optimizing resources through data-driven decisions and technology. The CEO will oversee marketing, operations, team leadership, and financial health to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership & Vision

  • Define and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company’s mission and growth goals.
  • Identify new market opportunities and revenue streams, including geographic expansion, retail formats, franchising, and new brand launches.
  • Lead digital transformation, innovation, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Operational Excellence

  • Oversee day-to-day operations, brand performance, supply chain, and delivery logistics.
  • Set clear KPIs and drive accountability across departments for efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
  • Promote best practices in food production, hygiene, kitchen workflows, and timely order fulfillment.

Financial Management

  • Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L responsibilities.
  • Ensure cost control, optimize unit economics, and maintain healthy cash flow.
  • Lead fundraising initiatives and maintain investor relations.

Brand & Marketing Leadership

  • Guide the development of brand identity and ensure consistency across all customer touchpoints.
  • Lead high-impact marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, including digital media, performance marketing, influencer partnerships, and aggregator relations.
  • Build customer loyalty through data-driven insights, campaigns, and user experience optimization.

Team Leadership & Culture Building

  • Build, inspire, and retain a high-performing leadership team.
  • Foster a values-driven, performance-oriented, and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Oversee organizational structure, talent development, and succession planning.

Stakeholder & External Relations

  • Represent company in industry events, public platforms, and regulatory matters.
  • Build strong relationships with aggregators (e.g., Foodmandu, Pathao), suppliers, partners, investors, and regulatory bodies.
  • Ensure compliance with local laws, F&B regulations, and food safety standards.
