Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field (CA/CPA qualification preferred).
  
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience, preferably in a BPO, finance, or outsourcing industry.
  
• Proven track record of scaling operations and managing cross-border client relationships.
  
• Strong understanding of foreign accounting, compliance, and business environment (preferred).
  
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
