Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Chief Executive Officer at Global Venture Investment Company in Kathmandu. The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible for leading and managing the overall operations and resources of the company, providing strategic guidance to the board and employees, and ensuring the company's success and growth.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a senior leadership position, preferably as a CEO or in a similar role
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful business strategies
Strong understanding of financial management and business operations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lead and motivate teams towards achieving company goals
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
In-depth knowledge of the industry and market trends
