About the job

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned CEO to spearhead our company's growth, develop our website, and build a cutting-edge mobile app. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of travel industry expertise, technological savvy, and gaming innovation experience. The CEO will be responsible for driving our company's strategic vision, fostering a culture of innovation, and leading our team to success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to drive growth, innovation, and profitability
Lead the design, development, and launch of our website and mobile app, incorporating gaming elements and innovative technologies
Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including travel industry leaders, technology providers, and gaming companies
Drive the integration of gaming innovation and technology into our travel and tours management services
Build and manage a high-performing team, including department heads and key personnel
Oversee marketing, sales, and customer service operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and gaming innovations to continuously enhance our offerings

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in the travel industry, with a focus on management and leadership
Proven track record of driving innovation, growth, and profitability in a CEO or similar role
Strong understanding of technological trends, gaming innovation, and their applications in the travel industry
Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills
Ability to build and maintain key partnerships and stakeholder relationships
Experience with website and mobile app development, launch, and management

Nice to Have:

Experience in the gaming industry or a related field
Knowledge of emerging technologies such as AR, VR, and AI
Familiarity with travel industry software and systems
