Job Description

Executive Search of merojob is currently recruiting for a client and is in search of a dynamic Chief Executive Officer (CEO) with strong leadership capabilities. Ideal candidates should possess a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in the cable manufacturing industry.

Leading the Company:

  • Guides the company towards profitability by overseeing the team and achieving business goals.
  • Shapes the company's reputation by working closely with customers, government, community groups, and staff, ensuring ethical business practices.

Managing the Team:

  • Enhances the effectiveness of management by hiring, training, coaching, and guiding them.
  • Communicates company values and objectives clearly.
