Job Description

Prepare a monthly work plan and resources plan (materials, equipment and manpower) for the projects at the beginning of every month.
Prepare the construction methodology of the projects and make sure that the construction works are executed accordingly in the sites.
Analyze the design, drawings, and other official documents provided by the clients.
Make sure that the works done in the site meet the ‘Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Works’ published by the Ministry of Physical Infrastructure and Transport, Nepal.
Provide technical support to the team when required.
Prepare the payment certificates, price escalation, and variation orders prepared by the site engineer for its correctness. And coordinate with the respective government agencies to release the Bills.
Organize in-house team meetings to discuss and plan for the project.
Participate in the meetings and discussions representing the firm with clients, stakeholders, and other project related parties.
Coordinate with the clients and stakeholders for any projects related issues.
Keep the proper record of official documents.
Visit the sites frequently.
