Roles and responsibilities of this job

This Job is a departmental head position.
The set of duties would revolve around

Directing and managing projects around new software development, integrations with respect to development/ testing, planning, executing and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.
Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications documents, estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Effectively communicating project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
Recruiting, Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
Developing and delivering requirements documentation and presentations.
Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle, and developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
The Departmental Head can be assigned any other duty, deemed appropriate by the Chief Executing Officer/ Managing Director.
In the entirety the Departmental Head is expected to deliver, beyond promises.

Job Specification

Required qualifications for this job

Required Education Level:Under Graduate (Bachelor)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 4 years

Other Specification

Bachelor’s degree related to Computer and information technology or above
Technical Qualifications regarding,

Hands on experience with REST API implementation as well as XML parsing for SOAP responses
Working knowledge of third party integrations
Sound knowledge on front end development frameworks like Flutter and React JS
Proficient in Python and its different frameworks and libraries
Advanced knowledge on relational database like PostgreSQL, normalization, database backup and recovery, SQLAlchemy
Hands on experiences with web and mobile application deployment will be a plus
Advanced knowledge of version control system like Git
Hands on experiences with project management tools like Trello, Jira
Working knowledge of Debugging and Quality Assurance.

Experience: 4 years or above in related to Full Stack Development (Back end/ Front end) and Project Management.
