• This Job is a departmental head position.
• The set of duties would revolve around 

1. Directing and managing projects around new software development, integrations with respect to  development/ testing, planning, executing and   finalizing projects according to strict deadlines.
2. Defining project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management.
3. Developing full-scale project plans and associated communications   documents, estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
4. Effectively communicating project expectations to team members in a timely and clear fashion.
5. Recruiting, Coaching, mentoring, motivating and supervising project team members and contractors, and influencing them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
6. Developing and delivering requirements documentation and presentations.
7. Defining project success criteria and disseminate them to involved   parties   throughout project life cycle, and developing best practices and tools for project execution and management.
8. The Departmental Head can be assigned any other duty, deemed appropriate by the Chief Executing Officer/ Managing Director.
9. In the entirety the Departmental Head is expected to deliver, beyond promises.
