Job Description

Reports To: Founder/ Mr. Dinesh Silwal

Position Summary: The Chief Business Officer (CBO) is a senior executive responsible for leading CodAvatar’s overall business strategy, revenue growth, market expansion, and client relationship management. This role will oversee business development, sales, marketing, and strategic partnerships to ensure sustainable growth and profitability. 

The CBO will work closely with the Founder and other executive team members to align the company’s business strategy with its vision, mission, and long-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term business strategies.
  • Identify new revenue streams, business models, and market opportunities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment with product, finance, HR, and operations.

Business Development & Sales

  • Lead the business development and sales teams to meet growth targets.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Identify and pursue strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances.

Marketing & Brand Positioning

  • Oversee the marketing strategy to strengthen CodAvatar’s brand visibility.
  • Guide lead generation, content marketing, and digital campaign initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine offerings.

Revenue & Performance Management

  • Drive top-line revenue growth while managing cost efficiency.
  • Set KPIs and regularly monitor business performance metrics.
  • Create business forecasts and contribute to annual budgeting processes.

Leadership & Team Building

  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing teams in business development, sales, and marketing.
  • Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented work culture.
  • Contribute to strategic decision-making at the executive level.
