Roles and responsibilities of this job

We are seeking an experienced and talented Chef de Partie (CDP) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen and ensuring that all food is prepared to a high standard. You will report to the Sous Chef or Head Chef and work closely with other members of the kitchen team.

Responsibilities:

Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to high standards and presented in an attractive manner
Train and supervise junior staff members in the kitchen
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen
Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed
Assist with menu planning and development
Prepare ingredients and cook dishes according to recipes
Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and is safe for consumption
Communicate with other members of the kitchen staff to ensure a smooth service
Assist with the management of food costs and waste

Required Education Level:Higher Secondary (+2/A Levels/IB)

Required Experience:More than or equal to 2 years
