Role Description

This is a full-time Chef De Partie role with Vasista Hospitality. As a Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for daily culinary operations, including food preparation, menu planning, and maintaining kitchen hygiene. This role is located in Dharan, with the flexibility for some remote work.

Qualifications

Culinary skills and experience in a professional kitchen
Knowledge of menu planning and food preparation techniques
Attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of hygiene
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
Degree or certification in culinary arts or related field is preferred
