Job Description

Malaya Cafe is seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our team! If you specialize in Tibetan and Continental cuisine and have additional experience in Nepali dishes, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and present authentic Tibetan and Continental dishes
Assist in creating new menu items and improving existing ones
Ensure high standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation
Manage kitchen operations and coordinate with kitchen staff
Maintain inventory and ensure timely procurement of kitchen supplies
Uphold cleanliness and food safety standards at all times
