Job Description

Plan and direct food preparation and culinary activities
Modify menus or create new ones that meet quality standards
Estimate food requirements and food/labor costs
Supervise kitchen staff’s activities
Minimum 3 years work experience as Executive Chef or Executive Sous Chef in larger operations and total 5-8 years of experience in culinary field in a similar field
Relevant knowledge in international cuisine and must hold strong Western and Continental experience
Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
