We are seeking an experienced Chartered Accountant (ICAN) to join our growing team in the real estate industry. As a part of Padma Group of Companies, a renowned name in the industry, the ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of work experience and a deep understanding of the financial operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Conducting financial analysis, feasibility studies, due diligence, and risk assessments for potential projects 
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with banks and financial institutions 
• Overseeing fund management and ensuring efficient financial management processes 
• Providing strategic financial advice to the management team 
• Preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts 
• Ensuring compliance with all accounting standards and regulations 
• Identifying and mitigating potential financial risks 
• Staying updated on industry trends and regulations to provide valuable insights to the team
