CA completed or Master's degree in Finance, Account or Management
Should have at least 5 years of experience as CA in an organization
OR Should have 5 + years of experience in Account / Finance in a reputed organization
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (familiarity with pivot table, functional formulas, data filtering by various option, conditional formatting etc)
Should possess sound knowledge of Income Tax and VAT and general accounting
Good communication skill, fluency in English
Should be able to work independently
Should possess sound knowledge of Accounting Software

Job Description

Responsible for the central data processing , posting, analyzing & providing details as per requirement
Preparation of revenue report and analysis
Preparation and implementation for effective follow up for account receivables and payables process
Maintaining and balancing subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions and resolving discrepancies
Supervise, monitor and assign task to subordinates
Coordinating Internal and External Audit for planning and implementing ideas
Preparation of MIS report required for Top level management
Summarizing financial status by collecting information and other statements
Yearly budget preparation and monitoring on quarterly basis
Responsible for doing all general accounting / financial duties as assigned
Implementation of new policies and rules
Keep update on bank, tax and company registrar related rules and regulations and implement the same
Oversee office finance, tax and accounts
Develop periodic reports when required. Also review projected reports and actual reports
Monitor and reconcile fixed assets
Supervise cash flow, debtor's collection management and payment planning
Verify monthly payroll
Participate in house and corporate meetings
Develop ideas and keep update on new information's to tackle work easily, effectively and correctly
Analysis , management and implementation of new account changes , formats and procedure and system integration
Coordination with other departments
Top level management decisions implementation assign on priority basis
Preparation of other MIS report. Along with analysis and cost control
