Qualifications and Requirements:

Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
Minimum 1 year of experience in the life insurance sector.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting, accounting standards, and compliance regulations.
Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in accounting and financial management software.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyze, and review financial reports and statements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Manage audits and coordinate with external auditors.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decision-making.
