Job Description

Roles and responsibilities of this job

Lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting and finance department.
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, Financial Analysis and Reporting
Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, and accounts payable.
Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team.
Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors.
Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and other stakeholders.
Vendor Management, Invoice Processing and Approval, Payment Processing, Compliance and Internal Controls.

Required Education Level:Professional Certification

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis
CA with 3-5 years experiences in similar role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Experience in the manufacturing industries is a plus
