Job Description

  • Act as a key advisor to the management team, providing financial insights and recommendations for business improvement.
  • Oversee all financial operations, including budgetary control, correspondence with banks, financial projection and presentation, quarterly reporting and analysis, and financial statement preparation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accounting standards.
  • Manage and monitor cash flows, budget adherence, and financial risks.
  • Conduct financial analysis and review to improve efficiency and profitability of the organization.
  • Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports to senior management and the board of directors.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary support during audits.
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders including banks, investors, and regulatory bodies.
