Job Description

Responsible for giving response upon Distributor/Dealers/POS complaints and provide with the solutions
Provide information about the services and products of the organization
Deals with Distributor/Dealers/ POS through various ways (by phone, E-mails etc.)
Handle the Distributors/Dealers/ POS forms verifications
Escalate feedbacks and queries to concerned department on timely manner
Greet customers’ service knowledge and set positive office atmosphere
Reporting to C&R lead by timely manner
