Job Description

Role Overview: The main purpose of this role is to lead on all matters concerning Finance /Banking/ Insurance/Cost Accounting and Administration that are in line with  statutory regulations and the company’s Vision, Mission and Objectives.

Accounts

  • Develop and Direct the detailed Finance Strategic Planning of the company’s and ensure all business units timely execute the plan within the scope and budget, while minimizing Financial Loss  Risks.
  • Conduct Financial analysis of individual units on monthly basis.
  • Preparation and submission of weekly/monthly/quarterly/annual reports to the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Review Economic Trends, Analyze Department Budgets, Monitor Cash Flow,
  • Address Internal Conflict if any and advise the management in a timely manner.
  •  Ensure completion of statutory requirement related to Finance and Accounts.
  • Liaison with internal auditor, statutory auditor, financial consultant and company secretary.

Banking

  •  Foster banking relationship with banking Partners. Communicate to ensure maintaining a seamless     banking relationship.
  • Monitor and minimize banking costs, interest, and penalties.
  • Review bank Limit and limit utilization to ensure fund utilization.
  • Preparation of feasibility & other documents as per the requirement of banks..
  •  Interest rate, base rate mapping and coordinate  with banks in regarding reductionof interest cost through best utilization of fund.
  • Negotiation with banks, Rastriya bank, line ministries regarding realization of subsidized interest loan. Liaison with government institution, local authorities, labor office for all admin related work.
  • Daily cash Flow report of all the companies and projection of cash flow.
  • Maintain record keeping.

Insurance

  • Overall responsibility of insurance/contract/renewal/claims.
  • Foster Relationship with insurance companies/agencies.
