Job Description

This position is for a start-up company, Smart Dai, which is a sister concern of Smart Door. As a senior position, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in business management and leadership, with a proven track record of success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive the growth and profitability of Smart Dai
Lead and manage all aspects of the company, including operations, finance, marketing, and human resources
Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, partners, and customers
Oversee the development and launch of new products and services
Monitor and analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
Foster a positive and productive work culture, promoting teamwork and collaboration among employees
Develop and maintain a strong brand image for Smart Dai, both internally and externally
Represent the company at industry events and conferences, acting as a spokesperson and ambassador
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
