Job Description

The CEO will be the visionary leader driving SmartDai from its current growth stage to a category-defining platform in the on-demand services space. You will own full P&L responsibility, shape product strategy, scale operations, secure funding, and build a high-performance culture. This is a hands-on role ideal for a proven founder or operator with deep experience in marketplace apps, gig economy, or consumer tech.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Vision & Strategy: Define and execute the long-term roadmap to achieve market leadership in on-demand services, including geographic expansion, category diversification, and AI-driven personalization.
  • Product Leadership: Partner with the Product team to prioritize features like dynamic pricing, service bundles, subscription models, and pro retention tools that drive user growth and retention.
  • Growth & Marketing: Scale customer acquisition and lifetime value through performance marketing, partnerships, referral programs, and brand-building.
  • Marketplace Operations: Optimize supply-demand balance, service quality, pricing algorithms, and fraud prevention to ensure 95%+ customer satisfaction and pro earnings growth.
  • Fundraising & Finance: Lead Series A/B+ rounds, manage burn rate, and deliver unit economics (contribution margin, take rate) that attract top-tier investors.
  • Team Building: Recruit, mentor, and retain A-player talent across tech, operations, marketing, and customer support; foster a mission-driven, execution-focused culture.
  • Partnerships & Expansion: Forge strategic alliances with property managers, corporate clients, insurers, and payment providers to unlock B2B and embedded opportunities.
  • Compliance & Risk: Ensure regulatory compliance and build scalable trust & safety systems.
  • Metrics & Reporting: Deliver transparent KPIs to the Board.
