CEO:

NADEP invites applications from interested and qualified Nepali nationals for the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). The CEO will take lead in overall operation, growth and development of the organization with the following key job responsibilities:

• Prepare and execute periodic and annual plans, budgets and programmes for the growth and development of NADEP
• Perform program and financial monitoring, reporting and meeting all the compliance requirements as per the prudential Acts, rules, regulations and directives of regulators
• Maintain functional relations with the regulators; other class (Ka, Kha and Ga) banks and financial institutions; and federations and apex bodies
• Ensure effective human and financial resource management and update of Management Information System (MIS)

Academic Qualification, Experience and Age

• Master Degree in Economics/Business administration/Statistics/Agriculture/Social Science/Law from reputed university.
• At least 12 years of working experience in the field of Bank and Financial Sector with exclusive experience of at least 7 years in the senior management level
  
• Maximum age: 60, on the date of first announcement

Other requirements:

• CEO should be of exceptional caliber. Selection will be based on robust set of competences demonstrating experiences and achievements including in the following areas:
• Should be able to take initiative, perseverance and demonstrate the ability to motivate and manage a team
• Strong commitment to mission and core values of microfinance
• Result-oriented and willing to travel extensively in the field
• Proficiency in Nepali and English; must possess communication and computer skills

Work station   : NADEP Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd., Central Office, Gajuri, Dhading. 

Appointment Nature: 4 years contract

Salary and Benefit: Negotiable within the organizational rules and regulations.
