We understand you, which is why we created Sparsa, a non-profit company that processes banana fiber to produce menstrual pads and invests the proceeds into awareness campaigns against menstrual stigmas.    

THE JOB DESCRIPTION:  

You will be managing two teams in two different factories, where you will manage the day-to-day-business. Besides taking care of the sales and finances, you report to key stakeholders and the board. You will be promoting our product and find ways to implement the vision and purpose of Sparsa . We are looking for someone who is ready to invest her learning and give time and motivation to an amazing adventure. We are looking for an entrepreneur, who will stand up for the values and missions that Sparsa is carrying.    

YOUR PROFILE: 

You are (or identify as) female, live close to Bharatpur (or are ready to move there) and have a background in business where you had the chance to master your analytical, financial and critical thinking skills. You are fluent in writing and speaking the English and Nepali language and have basic computer skills (MS Office). With loads of motivation that you have, you are ready to take initiative and tackle this world's challenges without being afraid to fall. Teamwork, organization and clear communication comes natural to you, as people tell you that you are a great leader, who acts according to her values.  You are able to travel frequently (Terai, Kathmandu, Pokhara, etc.) and sometimes for several days/weeks in a row.  
 
If you really want to impress (not a must), you already have experience as an entrepreneur, have worked in the field of menstruation or other feminist projects and are environmentally conscious.
