Job Description

  • Make high-level decisions about policy and strategy; oversee the company wide operations and report to the board of directors.
  • Ability to build alliances and partnerships with other organizations and /or personnel and expand the current business operation.
  • Develop and implement operational policies and a strategic plan to grow the business avenues and revenue streams; experience of business expansion, resource assessment and efficient mobilization preferred
  • Act as the primary spokesperson for the company and set the tone of the company’s culture and management. 
  • Oversee smooth operations of the company’s departments such as Finance, Visa, Compliance, HR, Business Development, Marketing and Digital Marketing, Counseling and branch operations and collaborate with functional heads to set departmental goals.
  • Assure all legal and regulatory documents are filed and monitor compliance with laws and regulations.
