Job Description

Job Category: General Manager, CEO, Chief Administration Officer

  • Responsible for all the administrative duties of the Samaj Dental Group business - 1 Hospital, 2 clinics, 1 Dental Hygienist college, 1 skin clinic
  • Determining human resource requirements and implementing it
  • Preparing training manual for all departmental staffs and implementing it for smooth operation of the business and achieve the goal of the organisation
  • Liaising with all the relevant stakeholders including international parties for the benefit of the organisation
  • Preparing annual targets and the reporting system and regular report the progress to the directors
  • Prepare the marketing, advertisement plan and implementing it with measurable effectiveness
  • Identifying new business opportunities and planning to tap for it
  • Take instruction from the directors and implement those instructions and report of their progress plus all the other AD HOC responsibilities
