Key Responsibilities:

• Highly communicable to the customers providing personal care and counselling
• Providing motivation on prioritizing self-care and health
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement personalized care plans.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for customers.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with administering medication under the supervision of a healthcare professional.
• Document all customer interactions and activities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Continuously monitor customer well-being and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals.
• Provide emotional support and motivation to customers during their stay at the center.
