Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and diagrams.
Good communication skills in both Nepali and English and the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical clients.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to different sites.

Job Description

Rozil Thapa Group of Companies is looking for a skilled and experienced CCTV Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in installing, maintaining, and repairing CCTV systems. You will be responsible for ensuring the security systems are functioning properly and providing technical support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and troubleshoot any issues with the systems.
Ensure all installations are completed to high standards and comply with industry regulations.
Provide technical support and training to clients on how to use the systems.
Conduct site surveys to determine the best positions for cameras and other equipment.
Keep detailed records of all installations, maintenance, and repairs.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and incorporate them into your work.
Respond promptly to service calls and ensure customer satisfaction.
