Job Description

Monitoring surveillance systems ensuring all cameras are functioning correctly and have clear visibility. Detect and respond to any suspicious or unauthorized activities.
Staying focused and proactive while monitoring live video feeds from CCTV cameras. Reporting immediately if any suspicious activities are detected.
Assessing the situation, and take appropriate actions, which include contacting law enforcement or security personnel.
Preparing and reporting incident reports, activities, and observations in a clear and concise manner with details of the event, time, and location.
Maintaining communication with security personnel, law enforcement, and other relevant parties as necessary.
Coordinating with other security personnel and teams to ensure a cohesive security strategy.
Follow ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality of the company.
