Job Description

Assure multiple stores throughout a large physical area
Manage and assume overall responsibility for the success of stores by directing all operational aspects of each store
Accomplish and achieve regional sales target
Achieve operational objectives by contributing regional sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews
Completing audits; identifying sales trends
Training, assigning, scheduling store visits, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned area
Planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions of store In charge; planning and reviewing actions; enforcing policies and procedures
Focusing regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
Manage retail staff including store In charge and among which includes people working on the floor, and the cashiers of each stores
