Oriental Kitchen, a renowned restaurant located in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, is seeking a qualified and experienced Cashier to join our team. As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, and assisting with front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities:

Must be able to receive & attend guests with courtesy and provide them with information about the restaurant's services and offerings.
Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized cashier/reception area.
Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage customer inquiries.
Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
Must strictly comply to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.

Duty Hour: 11:00 AM to10:30 PM

Benefits: 3 times duty meal is provided by the Restaurant.

10+2 completed (Currently not studying) must be able to give full-time to the job.
Freshers can apply for the position.
Strong numerical skills and proficiency in handling cash transactions.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
Should have pleasant personality.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.

Note: Priority will be given to candidates from Baluwatar and periphery areas.
