Job Description

Oriental Kitchen, a renowned restaurant located in Baluwatar, Kathmandu, is seeking a qualified and experienced Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. As a Cashier/Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions accurately, and assisting with front desk duties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Must be able to receive & attend guests with courtesy and provide them with information about the restaurant's services and offerings.
  • Process cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized cashier/reception area.
  • Answer phone calls, take reservations, and manage customer inquiries.
  • Collaborate with kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
  • Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
  • Follow all safety and sanitation protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Must strictly comply to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer interactions.

Duty Hour: 11:00 AM to10:30 PM

Benefits: 3 times duty meal is provided by the Restaurant.
