Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage day-to-day cash handling, invoicing, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate will also support administrative and banking-related tasks, ensuring efficient and accurate financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare cash receipts and payments vouchers.
Issue invoices and collect payments from clients/customers.
Reconcile daily cash balances and submit reports to the accounts department.
Deliver and collect official documents (e.g., cheques, invoices, contracts) from banks, government offices, vendors, and clients.
Perform timely banking transactions, including deposits and withdrawals.
Ensure safe handling of sensitive or confidential documents during errands.
Support administrative staff with logistical tasks and procurement when needed.
Assist in entering financial data into the accounting system (sales, purchases, expenses, etc.).
Organize and file accounting records, invoices, and receipts.
Support month-end and year-end account closing activities.
Assist senior accountants in preparing basic financial reports.
