Position Overview

As a Cashier, you'll be the face of our company, greeting customers with a smile and ensuring smooth and efficient transactions at our retail outlet. If you're friendly, reliable, and enjoy interacting with people, we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Process purchases accurately and efficiently using our POS system.
• Handle cash, credit card, and other forms of payment securely.
• Assist customers with returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policies.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, including stocking bags and supplies.
• Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed.
• Promote special offers and loyalty programs to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent customer service and resolve any issues.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Cashier or in a similar role (minimum 8 years).
• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong math skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Positive attitude and willingness to provide outstanding service to customers.
