All the work would be for the UK and international clients. You will have to work closely with our team in London and clients based in the UK and various countries around the globe. So, you will get exceptional international exposure.

Job Description

Position: Mid to Senior Level

  • Analyse historical accounting and management reports, financial forecasts, business plans, financial statements, annual reports, and other relevant information.
  • Interpret and consolidate analysed information into clear, actionable insights.
  • Play a key role in shaping the financial strategies of our clients and making a real impact on their success.
  • Conduct investment reviews of potential companies and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Design and implement a comprehensive due diligence framework for evaluating potential business partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders.
  • Analyse financial statements, accounting records, and other financial data to assess the financial conditions of the companies.
  • Evaluate the operational capabilities, performance, and efficiency of the companies.
  • Identify any operational risks that may impact the success of the business and develop risk assessment reports summarizing key findings and recommendations for management.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
  • Review working capital, cash flow, and capital expenditure trends to identify areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with the tax and legal teams to evaluate the financial implications of any tax or legal contingencies.
  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including ratio analysis, trend analysis, and benchmarking, to evaluate the company's financial performance against industry standards.
  • Oversee the work of the team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and effective collaboration.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment, promoting teamwork, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
  • Conduct performance evaluation, set goals, and provide career development support to team members.
  • Contribute to the development of methodologies, tools, and thought leadership materials to enhance the company's financial capabilities.
  • Share knowledge and insights with colleagues, actively participating in internal training sessions and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
