  • Maintain relationship with Cargo Agents/ clients by providing support, information and guidance
  • Provide regular updates on the service provided through the Logistic Coordinators
  • Working as a team to ensure that the clients get the best service
  • Sell products by establishing contact and develop relationships with prospects
  • Give clients consultancy services and best alternative solutions
  • Ensure that customers calls are not avoided and every missed call should be responded within 24 hours

Job Description

  • Research on the import/export market and sell the services of the Airline to Agents/customers
  • Maintain a professional relationship with clients by providing support, information, and guidance with their consignments
  • Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies
  • Researching prospects and generating leads
  • Contacting potential and existing Agents/customers on the phone, by email, and in person
  • Handling Agent/Customer questions, inquiries, and complaints
  • Preparing and sending quotes and proposals
  • Managing the sales process through specific software programs
  • Building and maintaining a Sales database
