Roles and responsibilities of this job

To Establish Strong Career Counselling Service to Clients and to make a strong Branding of Oxford Education as well as to Provide thorough abroad career counseling to students interested in pursuing education opportunities in Abroad nations .
Provide thorough abroad career counseling to students interested in pursuing education opportunities in Australia and New zealand.
Assess students' educational goals, qualifications, and preferences to determine suitable study abroad programs and institutions.
Strong career counselling recommendations for students and their parents in understanding their goal, affordability and desire and help them identify to satisfy degree requirements; evaluate and make recommendations in the institution abroad for a preferred program of study
Offer guidance on admission requirements, application processes, and scholarship opportunities in Australia ,Canada , U.S , New Zealand , U.K and many more destinations.
Maintaining corporate relationships with the Universities, Institutes, both existing and new, to capitalize on the mutual interest of recruitment and revenue.
Assist students with application preparation, including reviewing and editing personal statements, resumes, and other supporting documents and deliver workshops and seminars on study abroad opportunities ,application procedures , and cultural adaptation.

Required Education Level:Graduate (Masters)

Required Experience:More than 3 years

Other Specification

Masters degree preferably in Management / MBA - Marketing from a recognized university or equivalent.
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Study Abroad Career Counsellor.
Adequate knowledge of the education systems, universities, colleges, and study abroad programs in Australia and New Zealand.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with students from diverse backgrounds.
Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple student cases simultaneously.
High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when handling sensitive student information.
Proficiency in using relevant software and technology for counseling and student management.
