  • Sourcing candidates for Tokutei Ginou Jobs which are listed at Connect Job Workers Application from Japan domestic or Overseas
  • Main responsibility is improving Candidate Success of using Connect Job Workers Application
  • Market research and analyze data which will help to promote Business when necessary
  • Handle the operation for recruiting in Nepal
  • Participate in projects /campaign for sourcing candidates
  • Assist in Promotion to raise brand awareness
