Work Hours

  • Flexible working hours during Japanese clients visit to Nepal.

Salary

  • 50,000 NPR ~ *According to relevant work experience.

Job Description

  • Responsible in talent acquisition for ConnectJob business in Nepal
  • Communicate with candidates and provide details about our current openings
  • Consultation with prospective candidates.
  • Scouting potential candidates
  • Supporting/mentoring Japanese class participants at ConnectJob class.
  • Motivate class participants.
  • Conduct counseling and events for class participants as per requirement.
  • Prevent drop outs and document the reasons.
  •  Handling data with google spreadsheets/excel
